A Lake Tahoe fine dining tradition since 1947, the Sage Room Steak House is perched on the 19th floor of Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe (formerly Harvey's), offering panoramic lake and Sierra views that are as much a part of the experience as the food. The features Black Angus steaks, prime rib, rack of lamb, Beef Wellington, and ocean-fresh seafood. Signature tableside preparations include Caesar salad, Steak Diane, Dover sole, and flambé desserts — Bananas Foster, Cherries Jubilee, and Strawberries Romanoff. The historic bar and wooden beams from the original 1944 cabin resort are on display, blending frontier charm with high-end dining. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially for window tables at sunset.
