Charlie Palmer Steak at Grand Sierra Resort is Reno's only celebrity chef-owned restaurant, offering a contemporary take on the classic steakhouse experience. The rustic-luxe dining room features natural palettes and striking accents, creating a warm, inviting setting for post-round celebrations. The showcases Certified Angus Beef USDA prime steaks, including the mouthwatering Prime Ribeye and an extravagant 42-ounce Porterhouse for two, alongside No. 1 grade ahi tuna and desserts made fresh daily. The wine list, awarded annually by Wine Spectator, is one of the largest selections of California wines in Reno. Happy Hour runs Sunday through Thursday from 4–6 PM with half-price lounge items and signature cocktails.
